This year the FINAS team, headed by the Chairman Dato’ Hans Isaac , has really worked incredibly hard to make this the best film market. It’s not everyday that the Chairman of FINAS literally rolls up his sleeves and moves chairs and tables to set up the exhibition. All 23 Malaysian film companies that have exhibited under the Malaysian Pavillion are very very impressed and the buzz around our Malaysian stand was catchy. When the leader of the team works with the same passion and conviction, the rest of the team is inspired by that dedication and give back 100%. It’s been a successful market and our company is happy to have secured a Canadian film investor for an upcoming new project and developing two co-productions with two Korean companies.
