Siung Films' Stars : "Trish & Trash" Inspire at COP28

Siung Films was asked by UNICEF to select and film two children from Malaysia that we believe could best give a message at COP28. We chose our very own “Trish and Trash” from our Agents4Change programme - Serene Leilana Chua and Devon Ekhart Rao. Both Serene and Devon spoke so incredibly well and made us all proud. Here’s to Sabah leading the way in environmental advocacy. This video was played in front of the entire Plenary at COP28. I’d like to think we played a small part in getting the 200 countries to agree to transition away from fossil fuels at COP28. Siung Films staged COP28 with the extraordinary talents of Serene Leilana Chua and Devon Ekhart Rao under the expert co-direction of Jo Luping and Eric Juman. The dedicated Siung’s crew, including Francky Kassim, Jeremy Ng, Carolyn Poulus and Bryan Gimeno, contributed their expertise to create an unforgettable cinematic experience.
